KOSGEB’s new support programs for newly established businesses will be introduced in a meeting at our Chamber on Tuesday, May 28, at 2:30 PM. The programs include 100% grant-based establishment and personnel support and a 1.5 million limit with 80% interest-free, 36-month term business development support. All members who have established their businesses within the last three years are invited to the meeting.

Establishment Support

Under the Establishment Support program, entrepreneurs receive 100% grant-based, non-repayable support for establishment and personnel costs. A business established as a sole proprietorship receives 10,000 TL, while a business established as a capital company receives 20,000 TL in establishment support. An additional 10,000 TL is granted if the entrepreneur is young, female, disabled, a veteran, or a first-degree relative of a martyr.

Additionally, for personnel expenses, support is provided for each year of employment, equal to the total cost of one month's gross minimum wage for the employee, provided the business maintains its tax liability for three years.

Who Can Apply for Establishment Support?

Entrepreneurs who have established their business within the past year from the application date are eligible to apply for establishment support.

Which Sectors Are Covered by Establishment Support?

All businesses operating in sectors supported by KOSGEB are eligible for establishment support.

Business Development Support

The Business Development Support program offers up to 1.5 million TL with 80% grant-based, repayable support. An additional 150,000 TL is added to the upper limit if the entrepreneur is young, female, disabled, a veteran, or a first-degree relative of a martyr.

Supported Expenses

The support covers personnel expenses, machinery and equipment, molds, software, and service procurement expenses (training, consulting, certification, testing and analysis, marketing, design, industrial property rights).

Who Can Apply for Business Development Support?

Entrepreneurs who have established their business within the last three years from the application date are eligible to apply for business development support.

Which Sectors Are Covered by Business Development Support?

Businesses operating in the following NACE sectors are eligible for business development support:

• C - Manufacturing
• 61 - Telecommunications
• 62 - Computer Programming, Consulting
• 63 - Information Service Activities
• 72 - Scientific Research and Development Activities

When Do Repayments Begin?

No interest or commissions will be applied to repayable supports. Businesses will start repayments at the end of the 36-month program period.

Application Schedule for Support Programs:

Applications for Establishment Support are accepted continuously. Applications for Business Development Support will be accepted during specific periods each year. The first application period for business development support will be from May 10 to June 28, 2024. Applications will be ranked based on board and jury evaluations, and those eligible for support will be announced.
