Youth in the Production Age (GÜÇ) Program

Dear Members,

The Youth in the Production Age (GÜÇ) Program, launched by the Turkish Employment Agency (İŞKUR) under the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, aims to provide young people with professional experience through internships, help them become familiar with working life, facilitate their participation in employment, and ensure their long-term presence in the labor market. The program was announced by our President, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, on January 6, 2026.

Within the scope of this program, the promotional booklet provided by İŞKUR through our Union and the presentation file prepared by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security are attached herewith.
