As you know, in accordance with Article 5 of the Industrial Registry Law No. 6948, enterprises holding an Industrial Registration Certificate must submit the Annual Business Schedule within the first four months of each year, no later than the end of April. Firms that fail to submit the Annual Business Schedule within the designated period are subject to an administrative fine of 15,029 TL (fifteen thousand twenty-nine Turkish Lira) for 2026, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 6948.

Our industrial enterprises must enter their 2025 period Annual Business Schedule information into the system at https://sanayisicil.sanayi.gov.tr using their authorized e-Government credentials by no later than April 30, 2026.
