The Provincial Employment Board held its first meeting within the scope of the Qualified Workforce Training Program (NİYEP) Cooperation Protocol signed between TOBB and the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.

The meeting, organized under NİYEP—which aims to train qualified personnel in line with the needs of the labor market and to initiate a new era in employment—was held at the Kırıkkale Labor and Employment Agency under the chairmanship of Provincial Director Ferhat Metin. It was attended by our Chamber’s Board Member Hakan Şahin, Acting Secretary General İsa Sarıaydın, and Branch Manager Hüseyin Baysal.

During the meeting, members of the Provincial Employment Board were informed about the organization of vocational training courses and the overall process within the scope of the Qualified Workforce Training Program (NİYEP).
