NEFES Loan Program Relaunched

TOBB NEFES Loan Program Relaunched to Support SMEs

To support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB), Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF), and participating banks have launched a new TOBB Nefes Loan program. Applications for the program will open on July 8-9, 2025.

TOBB-affiliated Chamber and Exchange member companies can apply for the loan at branches of Ziraat Bank, Halkbank, VakıfBank, Akbank, Yapı Kredi, DenizBank, and Ziraat Katılım Bankası. The Credit Guarantee Fund (KGF) will provide an 80% guarantee for the loans using its own capital. Under the new program, each company can borrow up to 2.5 million TRY, with a maximum term of 36 months and 6 months principal and interest grace period.

TOBB President Rifat Hisarcıklıoğlu emphasized the critical need for financial support for SMEs, stating:
"Limited growth in SME lending reduces operating capital, slows cash and goods flow, and can negatively impact the economy and inflation. To alleviate these challenges and support the backbone of our economy, TOBB, KGF, and banks have joined forces to launch the new TOBB Nefes Loan. All TOBB-affiliated companies can apply."

KGF Chairman Erdoğan Özegen highlighted that KGF has guaranteed loans totaling approximately 1.5 trillion TRY for 558,000 companies and confirmed that the new TOBB Nefes Loan would be supported with KGF’s 80% guarantee.

Who Can Apply:

SMEs that are members of TOBB-affiliated Chambers and Exchanges.
Applications open on July 8-9, 2025.

Loan Details:

Maximum loan per company: 2.5 million TRY.
6 months principal and interest-free grace period, maximum 36-month term.
Interest rates: 37% for terms over 24 months, 38% for terms up to 24 months.
5,000 TRY application fee, 0.5‰ bank commission, 1% guarantee commission.
No collateral required (personal guarantees may apply for sole proprietorships if requested).
