The NEFES Loan Program is Relaunching to Support SMEs

In a joint effort to support SMEs, the lifeblood of our economy, TOBB, KGF, and participating banks have come together to launch a new TOBB NEFES Loan Program, providing SMEs with financing under favorable conditions.

Applications open on October 2, 2025. Businesses can apply to the participating banks with a Special Activity Certificate obtained from our Chamber. The participating banks include HalkBank, VakıfBank, Ziraat Bank, DenizBank, Garanti Bank, Akbank, and Ziraat Katılım branches.

Loan Details:

• Businesses registered with Chambers and Exchanges affiliated with TOBB are eligible to apply.
• Applications start October 2, 2025.
• Each company can receive up to TRY 1.5 million, while the total loan volume will reach TRY 25 billion.
• Loans are offered with a maximum term of 36 months, with a 6-month principal grace period.
• Interest rates: 33% for loans up to 24 months, 32% for loans exceeding 24 months.

This program aims to provide SMEs with accessible financial support to strengthen operations and drive economic growth.
