KOSGEB 2025 3rd Term Support Programs Presented to Chamber Members

At the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry meeting hall, with the participation of Chamber Secretary General Ahmet Şerbetçioğlu, KOSGEB Expert Ömür Gümüşsoy presented the Entrepreneur Support Program with a ceiling of TRY 2 million and the Capacity Development Support Program, which includes a 20-point interest/profit share support for loans up to TRY 20 million with a term of 36 months, to Chamber members.

During the presentation, the following programs were highlighted:

Entrepreneur Support Program:

• Provides up to TRY 2 million in support for newly established or growing businesses in sectors supported by KOSGEB.
• Eligible sectors (NACE codes):
  • C – Manufacturing
  • 61 – Telecommunications
  • 62 – Computer programming, consultancy, and related activities
  • 63 – Information technology infrastructure, data processing, hosting, and other information service activities
  • 72 – Scientific research and development activities
• Application period for 2025-3 term: October 1 – October 31, 2025

Capacity Development Support Program:

• Aimed at increasing SMEs’ efficiency, resilience, production, market size, and corporate capacity, as well as developing suppliers of large enterprises.
• Provides non-repayable support for interest/profit share costs on loans up to TRY 20 million, 36-month term, obtained from financial institutions for machinery, equipment, molds, software, personnel, service procurement, and working capital, under protocol agreements with financial institutions.
• Each SME can benefit from this program once.
• Eligible sectors (NACE codes): same as Entrepreneur Support Program.

Eligibility requirements:

• Registered and active in KOSGEB database with up-to-date business declaration
• Small or medium-sized enterprises (micro-enterprises are not eligible)
• Operates as a limited or joint-stock company
• Must be a fast-growing business (unless any of the following criteria are met):
  • Successfully completed an R&D/innovation project supported by KOSGEB or TÜBİTAK
  • R&D center established under Law No. 5746
  • Holds a valid Technological Product Experience (TÜR) certificate
  • Operating in a Technology Development Zone under Law No. 4691
  • Operating in a TEKMER
  • Supplier development projects with a purchase agreement from a large enterprise

Application period for Capacity Development Support 3rd Term: October 1 – October 31, 2025
