As the Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry, within the scope of our quality initiatives carried out in line with our goal of continuously improving our service quality and providing more effective services to our members, the 2nd surveillance audit of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and ISO 10002:2018 Customer Satisfaction Management System was successfully conducted at our Chamber on April 3, 2026, through Türk Loydu, by Lead Auditor and Team Leader Engin Deniz and Auditor Hüseyin Obuz.

During the audit, our Chamber’s management systems were comprehensively evaluated in terms of process management, service quality, member satisfaction, and continuous improvement activities.

Chamber Assembly Member and also a member of the Accreditation Monitoring Committee, Murat Akyurt, participated in the audit and accompanied the process.

Kırıkkale Chamber of Commerce and Industry President Ahmet Varlı, in his statement regarding the audit, said:

“It is of great importance for us that the quality and customer satisfaction-oriented activities we carry out in our Chamber are regularly audited and their compliance with international standards is verified. In order to provide our members with higher quality, faster, and more effective services, we continue to continuously improve our management systems. I would like to thank all our staff and the audit team who contributed to this process.”
